1. Service Description

RayCodeStar ("Company", "we", or "us") provides RayCodeStar AI Web Assistant as a managed service. Under this model, RayCodeStar builds, configures, and manages AI assistants for client organizations to answer website visitor enquiries, qualify leads, and analyze knowledge gaps.

2. Customer Knowledge & Content Responsibility

Client organizations provide the verified information, documentation, brochures, and guidelines used to construct their assistant's knowledge base. Client organizations represent that they hold all rights to supplied materials and that such information is accurate, lawful, and current.

3. AI Generated Responses & Limitations

RayCodeStar AI Web Assistant utilizes Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground responses on verified customer documentation. However, generative AI models operate statistically. Company does not warrant that AI-generated responses will be 100% error-free in every edge case. Important legal, financial, medical, or official binding commitments should be reviewed by qualified human staff.

4. Acceptable Use & Domain Controls

Assistants may only be embedded on websites authorized by the client organization and approved by RayCodeStar. Use of the service for illegal activities, spamming, harassment, deceptive practices, or attempts to bypass security controls is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive for high availability across our API Worker infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance, third-party model provider outages, or network interruptions may occasionally affect service availability.
